Information we collect
When you purchase or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, order details and messages. We may also receive basic device, browser and website-usage information through cookies or analytics tools.
How we use it
We use information to process and deliver purchases, provide customer support, operate and improve the website, prevent fraud and send product-related communication. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment-card details. We may use trusted providers for payment, email delivery, hosting, analytics and advertising.
Meta Pixel and optional analytics
If you select “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice, we load the Meta Pixel. It records website visits, checkout starts and confirmed purchases, including the selected product, currency and purchase value. This helps us measure advertising performance. We do not send your payment-card details to Meta, and the pixel does not load if you choose “Necessary only.”
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary record-keeping. You can decline optional analytics in the cookie notice and control or remove stored cookies through your browser settings.
